To be a presenter at a CEA-HOW convention, you must have at least one (1) year of current CEA HOW abstinence and have completed all 12 steps of the CEA HOW program. It is required that presenters, panelists and facilitators uphold the CEA HOW Steps, Traditions, CEA HOW Concepts, Tools and refrain from mentioning other fellowships. Presenters will be asked to sign a waiver as all workshops are recorded for CEA-HOW website.
