Recovery from Compulsive Eating and Food Addiction
CEA-HOW provides tools for the mind, body, and spirit, as well support and accountability for daily living
Compulsive Eaters Anonymous-HOW is a fellowship of individuals who, through shared experience, strength, and hope are recovering from compulsive eating. We welcome everyone who wants to stop eating compulsively.
CEA-HOW is not a diet club.
We are a group of compulsive eaters from all walks of life who have found a spiritual solution to our problem in the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of CEA-HOW, and are, in turn, sharing that solution with others.
There’s no cost to attend and no membership fee; we are self-supporting through our own contributions, neither soliciting nor accepting outside donations.
CEA-HOW is not affiliated with any public or private organization, political movement, ideology, or religious doctrine; we take no position on outside issues.
We welcome you to learn more about our program by browsing our website.
But the best way to learn about CEA-HOW is by attending one of our many meetings.
