Meeting Formats
WSBC POLICY: It is the policy of the World Service Business Conference that the only literature used during CEA-HOW meetings is CEA-HOW conference approved or AA conference approved materials.
WSBC POLICY: The minimum requirements [for a CEA-HOW meeting] are 1) the HOW Concept, 2) the 12 Steps, 3) the 12 Traditions, and 4) the 7 Tools be read aloud in their entirety at meetings.

The Structure of Meetings document contains a description of all group service positions. A copy of this document is kept in all group binders and referred to for guidance when rotating service positions.

Update Area/Intergroup Service Positions
Updates to the Area and Intergroup service positions are done annually to keep WSO informed and ensure that changes and news is communicated to the fellowship. It is the responsibility of the Intergroup and Area Secretaries to notify WSO of current Intergroup and Area information.
