Compulsive Eaters Anonymous-HOW is a fellowship of individuals who, through shared experience, strength, and hope are recovering from compulsive eating. We welcome everyone who wants to stop eating compulsively.

There are no dues or fees for members; we are self-supporting through our own contributions, neither soliciting nor accepting outside donations. CEA-HOW is not affiliated with any public or private organization, political movement, ideology, or religious doctrine; we take no position on outside issues.

Global Convention 2015 was a great success.  The Fellowship is grateful to the dedicated and hardworking Convention Committee and all the members who volunteered and attended and participated.  The complete Convention (workshops and keynote speakers) is available for FREE listening and download at 

The World Service Business Conference 2015 provided a forum for the conduct of business by the Board of Directors and the Conference Delegates serving as the group conscience of CEA-HOW as a whole, and for the Conference Committees to present the service work they had performed throughout the year

Due to legal liability issues, in April 2007 the CEA-HOW Teen Program and food plan were discontinued with the request that the Teen Program and Teen Food Plan no longer be used or distributed.  (For details see the “Just Ask” section of the CEA-HOW website,
